Are all pieces truly unique?

Yes, absolutely! Every single piece of micro-macramé jewelry and leather bag is designed and handcrafted solely by me. I use carefully selected, high-quality materials and genuine, natural crystals. Because no two crystals are identical in nature, every single item is completely unique and one-of-a-kind.


Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, I love creating bespoke items! However, to guarantee the highest level of detail and quality for every piece, I accept a limited number of custom orders per month. Once the monthly slots are full, custom commissions will reopen the following month.


How do custom orders work?

You can contact me via email or the website contact form with your ideas, preferred crystals, or design features. Once we finalize the design and payment is confirmed, your piece will be placed into my monthly handcrafting queue.


What is the processing time for custom orders?

Because custom creations are handcrafted from scratch according to your specifications, the processing time for custom orders can range from 2 to 4 weeks before shipping.


When will my order be shipped?

Standard orders are shipped every Wednesday. In case of a high volume of orders, I will ship more than once a week (including Wednesdays) to get your items to you as quickly as possible.


 How long does processing take during holidays or peak seasons?

 During holidays, sales, or peak busy periods, the processing time can take a bit longer (up to 10 business days) before dispatch.


Can I cancel our change my order?

You can cancel or change your order up to 48h after purchase. Just contact me through gnoa.creations@gmail.com.


I got my order but I want to exchange.

- Exchanges can be made up to 15 days after the customer recive the package and the item should arrived as it was sent, without any sign of use. Exchanges can be made for another item of the same or higher value;


- Exchanges or returns of made-to-order items, sales or items such as earrings or underwear are not accepted;


- No refund on shipping costs. In case of exchange or return the shipping costs are responsibility of the buyer.


My order arrived damaged

We are not responsible for damaged orders but please contact us on the next 24h after arrive and we will make or best to help you.

How to take care of my jewelry?

  • Keep dry: Avoid submerging your jewelry in water. Take it off before showering, swimming, or bathing.
  • Avoid chemicals: Apply perfumes, hairsprays, body oils, and lotions.
  • Cleaning: Gently wipe the cords with a soft, slightly damp cloth if needed. Avoid harsh detergents or chemical cleaners.


  

Crystals Care

All crystals used in Gnoa Creations are 100% genuine and natural:

- Handle with care: Natural crystals can crack or chip if dropped on hard surfaces.

- Sunlight exposure: Certain stones (like Amethyst, Fluorite, or Rose Quartz) may gradually fade if exposed to direct, intense sunlight for long periods.

- Cleaning: Wipe gently with a soft, dry lint-free cloth. Avoid salt water or abrasive chemical cleaners.



 How to take care of my bag?

Because I work with salvaged luxury leather surplus, each piece carries its own unique texture and personality. Care for your bag depending on its specific finish:

- Smooth & Grain Leather :

      . Nourishment: Apply a natural leather conditioner or balm once or twice a year using a soft cloth to keep it soft and supple.

      . Cleaning: Gently wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth to remove surface dust.

- Suede & Nubuck:

      . No Creams or Oils: Never apply liquid creams, conditioners, or oils to suede or nubuck, as they will flatten and stain the natural velvety texture.

      . Brushing: Use a specialized soft suede brush or crepe brush to gently remove surface dirt and lift the natural grain.

      . Stain & Moisture Protection: Protect with a suitable suede/nubuck waterproofing spray prior to use. For light dry marks, use a soft suede eraser block.


- General Rules for All Leathers:

      . Moisture: Avoid heavy rain. If your bag gets wet, dab gently with a dry towel and let it dry naturally in the shade (never use hairdryers or direct heat).

      . Storage: Store in a dust bag in a cool, dry place. Stuff lightly with clean tissue paper to preserve its shape when resting between adventures.
