Refund policy
Custom Orders:
- For custom orders, payment of 50% is required before starting the order and the last payment will be made before shipping the item ;
- The waiting time varies depending on the type of work and the current order list ;
- The customer is informed of the waiting time at the time of placing the order, starting from the date of the first payment;
- The order can be cancelled up to 48h after the first payment and if the order has not been started;
- If the order is not canceled within 48h after payment, the 50% deposit is not refunded.
Exchages:
- Exchanges can be made up to 15 days after the customer recive the package and the item should arrived as it was sent, without any sign of use. Exchanges can be made for another item of the same or higher value;
- Exchanges or returns of made-to-order items, sales or items such as earrings or underwear are not accepted;
- No refund on shipping costs. In case of exchange or return the shipping costs are responsibility of the buyer.
Returns:
- If an order is returned due incorrect shipping address, or was determined undeliverable for any reason, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fee. Any taxes, duties, fees, that might apply are the responsibility of the customer;
- When the order is returned i will notify the costumer by email and it as 3 month to pay any extra fees/shipping to be sent again. After that time i will no long accept a refund and the item will be add to the shop again;
Refunds:
- No refunds will be made in any orders that the tracking number shows has been delivered. But if there is any problem contact by email gnoa.creations@gmail.com, i will do everything i can to help you. ;;
- I only offer refunds if there is a problem with the construction of an item (if it’s broken, etc) within 7 days of delivery date. The buyer must send an email after receiving it, with a photo of the defect;
