Shipping policy

Orders pocessing time:

Orders are shipped every Wednesdays.

 In case of a high volume of orders I will ship more than once a week including Wednesdays.

 During Holidays, etc the process can take a bit longer (10 days)

For Custom orders the time to process your order can go from 2 to 4 weeks

 

Shipping time:

All orders sent with tracking with CTT( Correios de Portuga)l:

    - Portugal arrive in 1 to 2 business days

    - Europe arrive in 3 to 7 business days

    - USA and rest of the world arrive in 7 to 15 business days 

Only for USA you also have an express option with UPS that can take up to 7 business days with need of signature when delivery

 

Depending on the time of year there may be some delays at the post office that are not my responsibility

 

Shipping costs:

Shipping are made from Portugal and the cost can be different from country to country and Depending on the size of your order. Please check the shipping for your item when you're on the check out.

Free shipping on orders above 350€.

- All orders are packed with love and care to avoid damage. If the order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item;
